Hi Guys,

I bought the iPhone XS MAX charging case yesterday. I have raised an Apple support case. I’ve had 24 dropouts since purchasing the iPhone XS Max charging case.

Apple have advised to take the case off and see if any dropouts occur. So far without the case no dropouts (just like before purchasing the case).

I am curious to see if anyone has noticed call dropouts since purchasing the case and hasn’t put the two together?

Nope. Had around 10 calls today. No issues. Max.

Sorry you’re having issues. Hope they resolve it for you!

Thank you :) I am a power user, already had it running 6 hours and 4 mins of screen time, it is only 5PM.

The battery case is already on 0% and now the phone is 96%.

I haven't had any drops either, and I was on the phone on some long calls today in a location where I don't get a great signal. Interesting that your smart battery case seems to be causing it. Today is my first full day with it, but no signal degradation so far from what I can tell.
