A buddy of mine has the new ipod touch 8Gb and has the opportunity to borrow another buddy's Apple iPod Hi-Fi. All sounds great but we have no dock adapter apart from the ipod 5th gen 30GB one. Question is will an ipod touch fit with the ipod hi-fi, given we find a universal dock adapter pack? We're assuming it would work yes, or does apple use a different connection type these days?
This would be easier if the hi-fi wasnt in london, and my buddy with ipod was in newcastle!
