Apple IR Receiver for Apple Remote

Hey, is it possible to buy a remote IR Receiver like in a little box, which plugs into USB or something - Apparently with the new iSight camera there is gonna be a IR receiver built into the new iSight, do you think that you can use the apple remote with it?

i would like a bluetooth one that has like a charger that u can put on ur desk and just put it on the pad instead of a dock, maybe they could add a magnet like they did on the imac, so you can put the charger on the wall
