Apple is making it harder on us 3rd world people

OK, this is more of a rant. The 5s that went for around 625.00 us (my figures are going by memory, probable a few bucks difference) in the US went for about 825.00 us here. The 6 and 6 plus are not on the apple mx site yet even though apple mexico is actually apple us. It all gets shipped from there. The 5s has been dropped to reflect the 100.00 us drop but of course instead of the 525.00 us there it's 725.00 us here.

With the price structure on the 6/6p the 6 plus will start out at 925.00 for a 16mb memory. To me 16 is getting small and to get the 64 it's about 1025.00 us. That's a ton of money to (most of) us.

In the us it's mostly based on contract, here up towards 90% use pay as you go (like telcel amigo) as the cost of an iphone, figuring in how much more you would pay a month, is over 20000 pesos (over 1550.00 us). I pay about 150 pesos (12 bucks us) a month for pay as you go, a contract iphone would be about 100.00 us a month.

My point is that I don't hope for less of a price than in the us, but at least the same price. The IVA is 16% here so that does not make up for the price difference. A macbook pro 15 base model is about 400.00 us more. Nobody here sells for less than apple mx and there are no apple stores.

Yes, I know it's a 3rd world problem, but I just had to rant.

I will probably continue to only see 5c's if any iphones at all.
