I placed 3 separate orders for 6S+ 128 GB phones at 12:00 A.M. PDT on 9/12 for three lines on my account. All three orders went through without issue and were assigned delivery dates of 9/25. Two of the phones were shipped on 9/22 and delivered on 9/25 as expected. The third has not yet shipped and now shows delivery of 10/1-10/3.
I have contacted Apple and they say my carrier has not yet approved the order but are unable to tell me why. I contacted Sprint and they have no idea what I'm talking about.
My card was charged several days ago so I'm getting a little irritated. Last time I spoke with Apple they couldn't guarantee that it would ship this week. I am also unable to cancel the order.
What the heck is going on here??
