Does anyone know if when you are already on the Apple IUP there is a credit check when turning in your phone and getting the new phone. The reason I ask is I am in the middle of home refinancing and don’t want to jeopardize that process. TIA

It's a hit or miss and Citizens One can do randomly. That being said, I only had 1 hard inquire right when I started but for the past 3 years for me was a soft inquire. Otherwise have reported that even though they are currently on iUP, when they did the pre-approval, it was a hard inquire.
