I was just on hotjobs.com today and they have a big advertising section for jobs with Apple. I haven't been on the hotjobs site for a while so I don't know if it's a regular thing, but it looks like they have a lot of them available!

Apple puts up jobs that are not even avaliable yet, or doesn't really need to be filled by anyone. Then if someone submits, and they need to fill the possition, they just pull out the resumes of the people that submitted, or they see someone that is that is very qualified, they will hire right then and there. Otherwise, all the resumes probably pile up till they need someone.
