Apple keeps asking me to verify my billing info when it's correct!

I know it' a common problem but I can't figure it out. Every time I enter it over and over it says YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WAS DECLINED .... It's driving me ****ing crazy.For a month now i wasn't able to buy anything and was using my friends account.Please help.

P.S Now that i have been using my friends account and downloaded Mavericks with it does it change something when I start using my old ID again.

You need to call your card holder. Clearly there is an issue and the hangup isn't really Apple. I had this issue when it was an Apple related issue but we were notified that there was an issue with cards being declined for erroneous reasons.

I noticed when I was buying my AppleCare, I had to pick what card it was first, then it let me type in my CC number. Maybe you are missing this?
