Apple Keychain passwords not working after migration ?

Hi, I use a Mac mini m1 at home and just bought one for office and migrated my data from home Mac mini m1 time machine backup.
Everything is restored and all done correctly.
But there is one issue.

Im not able to get any of my password from keychain.
Why is that ?

Chrome is able to get the passwords, as passwords are saved in google account.
But safari is not able to get as it gets saved and retrieved from apple keychain.

Can someone help about it how to get back all of my passwords access from the keychain again ?

Did you ever solve this issue ? I have a similar problem with my recently purchased M1 Mini
