Brown is perfect with it. Truly.

I had it before I swapped my gold out (It had some issues) for a silver.

I have the midnight blue leather case on my gold iPad. It's not too bad. I wish I'd gotten the brown for it, but they didn't have it in store the day I bought my iPad.

Black also looks nice. I had a black on gold once, before I found the brown.

Ya know what looks sweet with the midnight blue? Silver.

From personal experience (last year), get a dark color. It will get dirty and look bad after a while (unless you like the look of a light colored leather when it's dirty). The olds from your skin will certainly dicolor it over time. I got the brown and it's aging nicely. Last year I got lime green; it looked wonderful new but just nasty when I broke it in.

I got the soft pink. It actually hasn't gotten as dirty as I thought. I also put a sticker in the apple logo.
