Apple LED Cinema Display - Bootcamp Driver Problem

I've been having a bit of a strange problem with my Apple LED Cinema Display when running Windows 10 under Bootcamp on my Mac Pro recently.

Windows is throwing up an error for the USB hub in the display "A request for the USB device descriptor failed."

Drives and other USB devices connected to the display's USB ports work fine so not sure what's happening. USB audio is also fine on the display.

Images of the error message and Device Manager entry included.

Any help appreciated....
