Anyone know where to find a replacement power cord for the 24" led cinema display?

Apple would probably be the best bet for an OEM one.

It's just a regular AC power cord though, so theoretically, wouldn't any one work?

I thought the part that connects to the display is a special shape? Would the apple store sell just the cable?

It's a special shape, but that's just cosmetic. Any AC plug should fit in there. The circle part just won't be filled out is all if you don't use an OEM cable.

I don't think Apple sells the power cords as part of their retail store. If you were to get a replacement, you'd probably have to go through the Genius bar and they'll charge you for the part as a "repair."
