I know they're just sales chat, but even at that they are even more robotic than the industry standard of live chatters.
They use their robot answers any chance they get and really don't seem to have much knowledge of the product they're selling. I've used them for a couple of questions and always came away feeling dissatisfied.
I think companies that outsource usually end up having more knowledgeable sales/support reps because they likely have actually looked at the insides of a computer before, as opposed to the guys at Apple sitting in a cozy office somewhere making $13/hr with benefits.
