In Apple Live Chat, will they help you with a Technical Issue or question or do they only answer questions about the products on the Apple online store? Also, how do you send a message on the Apple Live Chat Support? I tried pressing enter but it wouldn't send the message.
 
They will only help you if you have a question pertaining to sales. If you ask a technical question, you will be refered to the 1-800-MY-APPLE support line.
