I had to do a cold reboot on my 12" PowerBook G4 running Leopard 10.5.0 after it froze trying to connect to a wireless network. The hard drive in it is corrupt, so it fails after about a month of using it following a reinstall. I don't have the money for a new drive right now, so this is the best I can do.

Anyway, when it restarted, it came up with the Apple logo on the blue screen as usual. Then, when the gear started spinning, the logo was replaced by this weird image that sort of looks like static...only colorful. Sorry about the picture quality. I didn't have a camera handy, so I took it with the iSight of my iMac.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
