Apple Logo???

Trying to help a friend. She was given a S3 Apple watch. She never paired it to her phone. The Apple logo comes on then goes off when on the charger. I tried a hard reset and nothing. Is there anything else she can do?

Try to access it thru the Apple Watch app on her iPhone. That is how you adjust its settings. She will need an Apple ID. If it was previously paired I’m not sure if that will cause an issue.

could be a dead battery, leave it on the charger for some time to see if it charges ... if not, need to decide if its worth to get a new battery, need to double-check but I think it $79 ...
