Apple mac mini late 2014 with updated 256gb ssd as Media player

I can get a Mac Mini 2014 with Samsung SSD with 1,4 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 (Turbo Boost up to 2,7 GHz), 4GB Ram for a good price.

I am wanting to hook it up to my 4k TV and use elmedia as a player will it have issues with 4k playback as it only had 4gb of ram it wont be doing anything else just playing videos?
