I recently ordered a refurbished 2013 13" MacBook Air i7 1.7/8/512. I would like to use Windows 8.1 Pro as a secondary OS. I'm will not use bootcamp, but I would like to use Parallels 9 or Vmware Fusion 6. I would like to know were can I buy and download the official 64 bit Windows 8.1 Pro iso? I have an older to computer with 64 bit Windows Vista installed. I would like to know if its possible to download the official 64 bit Windows 8.1 pro to my Windows Vista computer and create an ISO file and copy it directly to an 8GB flash drive?
