Apple MagSafe clear case lip?

Can anyone who has this case tell me if there is enough of a lip on the case to protect the screen when placing face down?

Did it come with cracks? I had a crack out of the box, exchanged it today and there is a sharp plastic spur. Thinking whether to try to file it down myself, just returned it, or hang on to it for a week and see Apple's Leather.

Nope. But I do switch cases every couple of days. The process to remove the iPhone causes it I think

Yes, I have the Apple Magsafe clear case and even with my screen protector, the lip keeps the front from touching a surface when face down. No cracking issue on case itself either, but I don't remove my case once it's on the phone.
