Recently updated to Ventura 13.2.1 and now (coincidentally or not) having issues sending emails from Apple Mail through my Gmail account.

Apple Mail tries to authenticate with Gmail SMTP and returns an error:

This account was set up using Apple's wizard Gmail wizard in Mail.

The URL provided looks to be erroneous (at... is prefixed) and I'm not sure how much of the text after should be included but none give a direct link to a relevant error page.

https://support.google.com/mail/?p=WantAuthError - provides a link to dated information about 'allow less secure apps to access your account'.

Since starting on work on this issue I've read a load of outdated fixes which don't exist anymore. I've deleted and rebuilt the account several times. I've turned on Two Factor Authentication and then deleted the Apple Mail account and rebuilt it... and it still gives the error.

Running out of ideas.
