Apple mail and iCloud account since El Cap.

Hi

I have just noticed something in Apple mail that Is possibly new El capitan.

When I go to add accounts or just view the email accounts section in apple mail preferences I notice that I now have an iCloud account. Its currently inactive as I don't wish to use it and don't even have an iCloud email.

I can't understand why this has appeared if I don't even have an iCloud email and I don't think its easy to delete it either.

Anyone know what this about as it was not like this in Yosemite.
