Apple Mail app issues again

I was trying to send a zip file using Apple Mail app and I’m not able to send it. It was saying message too large to send after it was stuck in the outbox.

The zip file is around 24mb in size.

I don’t know if the Mail app has any size restrictions.

Is it only the Mail app that is causing this or my email account which is associated with Outlook?

Also, I noticed that some messages are not sent at all, I mean just normal messages.

Has anyone had these issues with the iOS Mail app?

If yes, then I’ll switch to Outlook app.

The email service provider decides that. The file size limit for Outlook is 20MB.
