Hey,

I get many emails a day that all require the same answer, is there a way to select all the emails and reply to them in one go without having their email address in the to filed?

I dont want one customer seeing another customers email address.

At the moment im having to reply to each email one at a time. Hope this makes sense.

thanks

Can't you add them to an Address Book Group and then compose your message with the Group in the BCC field?

Thanks for the reply, I tried adding them to the address book but when i add the group it brings all their email address up in the to field?

If its BCC'd it'll show up as "undisclosed recipients" on other people's computers. If you want to test out how BCC works with multiple addresses, compose an email in Mail.app and add your email addresses (I'm guessing you have more than 1) to the BCC field and press send. One word of caution however, Mail.app isn't meant for bulk emails (say more than 20+ recipients), and depending on your email service provider they may block bulk sendings because they may incorrectly identify your email address you send the message with as a spammer.
