I am curious was anyone able to get their macbook repaired via mail in repair during the shutdown? I sent out 3 macbooks all got returned back to me untouched.
Wow. Did you get any document on why in your account or with the returns?
Seems like they should be like auto repair, which at least here in California has been declare an "essential service" and are open.
I'm guessing that there's no reason in their system to cover the fact that the repair facility is closed (or has a skeleton crew), and so that reason best fitsit says that I cancelled repair,

I received email from each repair stating your repair has been complete and macbook is being sent back. On the repair summary it says that I cancelled repair, which I obviously did not and I was never contacted about it, usually when there are issues I get a phone call and email saying repair on hold until we get response from you.
