Apple Mail in SL-I can't seem to get rid of the Gmail folders in the left pane?

Before the SL update I had Apple Mail controlling-Gmail, Mobile Me and Comcast email. In the left pane towards the top I had a list of just those email accounts.

Now with SL, I have those email programs in the left pane but now just below I have another GMAIL list with all of the IMAP folders. I didn't have this before the update and find it annoying and distracting. Is there a way to hide this or not show it? I'm not sure why only the GMAIL IMAP list is showing but I want to get rid of it.

Any ideas?
