Apple mail issue.... help

I have mail set-up with an exchange account. I cannot send anything over 10 mb on my computer. If I set-up the same account on another computer I can send emails over 10mb.

Is there something on the computer that will limit the email attachments? any kind of virus type thing?

I do not understand why I cant send on one machine but can on another!!!!!

Any help is greatly appreciated!

No, attachment size limits are imposed by your ISP or mail server, not by the software.

Also, there is no virus in existence that can run on your Mac.

I have already checked with the IT guys and there is no limitations set up on the account.

This only happens on my computer and not any others. I have two accounts set up and neither will let me send over 10mb, yet when I set these accounts up on another computer I can send these files.

What would make the difference on the computer. I have tried on my Imac and on a macbook pro. I have also tried sending the files with Mail and Outlook.

any ideas why it is my computer not letting me send this?

Are both computers on the same network? Check the outgoing mail server selection on both computers to make sure they match.

Both computers are on the same network and all settings are the same.
My IT guys are even stumped....
