Apple Mail Issues Again - Help Please?

Hi Guys,

Can anyone offer some advice?

Apple mail on my mac does not appear to be refreshing my inboxes often enough. I routinely get emails on my phone which do not appear on my mac until I take all inboxes offline/online. I think this is mainly with my exchange inboxes?
