I'm relatively new to Apple after suffering with MS for years. Rarely do i have a hangup but I seem to have encountered one in Apple Mail. Sometimes when I'm trying to contact Support for a third party application (iBank for example) when i try to activate the link a window opens inviting me to create a Mail account. If I say OK, create automatically, I get an error message saying contact Yahoo Mail Plus since using Apple Mail may mean I'll have to pay extra to Yahoo. But I'm already subscribed to Yahoo Mail Plus. Why can't I just connect via the link using my Yahoo account without Apple Mail?
