Apple Mail Today/Attachments mailbox only displays emails in inbox?

Hi, I like to take advantage of the mailboxes “today” and “attachments” in the native mail app but it seems that they only show emails when they are in the inbox.

So once I moved them to another folder such as archive or subfolders it doesn’t display them anymore which is a pity how the folks from good old blighty would say.

Is this right or just a bug?
