I may have missed MacRumors discussing this in depth, but I don't remember seeing it. So, what do you guys think about this? Designers of tablets or mobile devices better come up with a product with "cluttered adornment", one that isn't a "rectangle", or doesn't have a "thin profile" or else they will be infringing on Apple's products?

And for phones they don't want it to be black, or have round edges, or be rectangle...
Apparently Apple thinks they own rectangles, round corners, the color black, and uncluttered appearance, and thinness.....they are ridiculous..
