Apps Apple Maps Haptic Feedback

Hi

I am running iOS 9.3.1 and watch os 2.2 and have a query about using Apple Maps on the watch.

Everything I have read says that when you have to make a left turn you should get 3 * 2 pulses from the haptic and 12 pulses when turning right.

For me, I get 3 * 2 pulses no matter whether it's left or right. If I look at the screen after the pulses I can see it says turn left or right but there is no differentiation in the pulses.

I never used Apple Maps on the watch before version 2.2 so I don't know if this is a bug in the OS or a fault with my watch.

I have unpaired/paired my watch but it does't make any difference.

Can anybody clarify how it works in 2.2 as I'm not convinced that the haptic in my watch isn't working properly.

I've never counted. I just know right turns are fast and left turns are slow and steady. (Or is it the other way around?)

Yes same here, it's the speed of the taps I go by, can't remember which way round they are though
