New iPhone 7 with iOS 10.0.2 and when I use Apple Maps I'm only getting audio cues when to turn etc and no voice navigation, e.g. turn left on street name.

I've tried to figure out if there's a specific setting that's causing this, but I can't find anything.

If I change the sound volume in the Maps app, e.g. "Louder", "Normal", it voice navigation works, but only for that specific instruction. Then it's back to audio cues.

Extremely annoying. Anyone else notice this?

Audio cues kick in for me when I'm on the phone but go back to voice when I get off the phone. I think it also goes into that mode if another app is using audio (not music, spotify etc).
