I use the Matias Quiet Pro, can't say enough good things about it. To me, the keyboard is much more user friendly then the Apple supplied keyboard. Worth the cost. Your mileage may vary.

Had one last year. Agree, it's very good. My space bar failed, so I returned it. Reading a few articles on the 4.0 versions of the Tactile & Quiet yesterday. Supposedly, Matias improved the switch. Looks interesting.
No experience with the wireless, but I had the original and V3 TP boards. Both a pleasure to use.
Just so you know, KeyRemap4MacBook can go a long ways towards making a non-Apple keyboard, wired or wireless, chiclet or mechanical, behave like an Apple keyboard.
Unicomp still makes IBM Model M derived keyboards(in the old IBM factory in Lexington, KY) and makes a USB version of the classic keyboard with Apple keycaps.
