I make no claim to having found this information out my self - but have come across a fantastic thread for those in the UK desperate to know where their MBP shipment is 0- when it says "shipped - but waiting update from Shipping agent"

And having spoken to an Apple rep today - this then makes sense as I have my MBP and the Applecare - which show as waiting to be "merged in transit"
Hope this helps others who are as desperate as I am to find out any info on shipping.
Especially when you see others tracking individual Fedex/UPS flights all over the world !!!
