iPhone 14 Pro Apple mobile device Ethernet adapter only 100mbps

I’m currently using the 5G on my phone for my windows 11 internet and usually get around 200mbps. But if I check using Speedtest mobile app it can go up to 600mbps. On the network adapter settings it shows link speed at 100mbps, can this be changed to 1gbps?

No, it's limited to the USB 2.0 interface.

I had read that, but USB2 meant to be upto 480mbps so hoped it’d be faster.

There are no link negotiation speeds between 100 Mbps and 1 Gbps.
