Hi,
I am currently trying to edit a video in Motion and the last clip is some writing appearing on the screen and i want to do this glitch effect but i am struggling to do it.
The effect im after is the one where the text kind of glitches out, kind of like when a television switches off, so the text glitches out then goes back to normal then glitches out etc.
I tried looking at the video generators and filters but have had no luck.
Please reply if you can help,
