Apple Mouse question

I occasionally am causing the screen to zoom in with some sort of action I am doing. What is it I am doing I cant tell, and then I cannot zoom back out.

If you hold the Control key while scrolling the mouse, it will zoom the screen.

Taping the mouse will also zoom in. Found that one out when listening to some tunes!
