Check out THIS site. All they do is sell Apple merchandise and collectables.

I purchased one from the above site and have had it for a couple of months and it has a very strong rubber smell that won't go away. It was also expensive for what it ended up being.

Make an account at Cafepress and you can probably make one and order it yourself for the lowest sale price. You cant sell copyrighted stuff but if they dont check what you upload for approval then you can probably order one for yourself and then delete it.
