Apple Music Apple Music family sharing profile

So I have a family AM subscription, four of us share it all logged in to our devices with our own Apple IDs. But all our Apple Music uses my profile which does my nut in. I've tried everything and cannot see a way to create a different profile for each of them, or separate our libraries.

If I have to wade through my teenager's Ariana Grande tracks to get to my own decent music for much longer I will crack. What am I missing here?

If you’ve got a family sub and they’re logged into their own Apple ID’s then they should all have their own version of AM which would have their own playlists/loved songs.
