I don't understand what you mean. There are a few thousand songs that are not on my iPhone, yet I can stream them.Not really. It has been stored into a cache that's automatically deleted after a period a time.

Lol u so wrong if u turn off data the song won't play so it's streaming, I get what u saying about the cache but they just help the song play fasterI don't really know how to put it in simpler terms. The music is store into a cache of a predefined space until it's full then deletes and continues on using some of your space. Not true streaming.
This is not new it's been discussed many times in the past.
