I had almost 3gb left on my iPhone 6s but after listening to music for a few hours I only have 170mb left and I only downloaded maybe 3 or 4 songs which shouldn't take that much space. Anything I can do without a computer??

When listening to Apple Music, the songs will download and save to "other" so there is no buffering issues. The only way that I have found to fully delete these cached songs is to use iFunbox. Otherwise, iOS will delete them as space is needed.

You don't have to do anything. Ignore iTunes.
It's not itunes it's my phone. Now I only have 64mb left I should have like 2.4 gb

Try rebooting the iPhone. Should clear the cache.
I've restarted my phone many times but it doesn't change
