Apple Music no longer connects to homepods

Before upgrading to Tahoe, I could control my three homepods from Apple Music.

Now, despite them being shown as playing in Apple Music, there's nothing coming out of them.

Also, the volume controls won't work on Apple Music.

Any tips?
