Apple Music not opening on Mac Pro

Hi guys, I'm running El Capitan and trying to open Apple Music on the latest iTunes but all I get is a spinning wheel.

It was working fine a couple of weeks ago, but today there's no chance of it opening. My Library opens, but none of the Apple Music options work. All I get is the spinning wheel of death.

Any suggestions please?
