Apple Music Apple Music on multiple accounts

So I have a subscription to Apple one and share with my wife through family sharing.
I have just got a second iPhone from work and would like to access Apple Music on there also. This second iPhone has a second Apple user id tied to my corporate email account.
Is there a way of sharing just Apple Music to that account. I set up family sharing and I couldn’t find a way to stop iCloud back ups.
I really don’t want to back up any data from this company phone to my own storage.

Are you not able to turn off iCloud backups?
