Apple music password login bug

Is anyone else getting a constant pop up request for your account password when you open the music app? I have enabled Apple music on my iPad iOS 9 B3 and it just keeps popping up asking for my password until I lock the screen. I have tried restoring from a backup. Anyone else experiencing this bug? My iPhone doesn't do this.

I have to put in my password every time I unlock my phone, even though it's set to every 4 hours.

Yea I bet that's related to my issue. I restored a second time, this time from an iCloud backup and it appears that my password issue has gone away!
