Apple Music playlists question

hello,

in iOS 13, when I had songs that were not downloaded to my iPhone, I would see the cloud symbol with the arrow, I would click that and it would sync my playlists.

but now in iOS 14, I can't see to find the same feature, does anyone know how I can see if all songs in my playlist are downloaded?
