Apple Music. Purchased playlist iTunes /Apple Music

does anyone notice the default purchased playlists on iOS and iTunes on Apple Music actually are different and don't actually function the same way. On iOS the order is messed up and not the same as the playlist on the mac. Secondly when you delete this playlist it doesn't delete on the mac

Anyone else notice this
