Apple Music Real-Time Lyrics Now Available on Samsung Smart TVs

Apple and Samsung partnered to launch an Apple Music app for Samsung smart TVs in April, and from today the app also supports real-time lyrics (via Macerkopf.de).

Real-time lyrics lets ‌Apple Music‌ listeners view song lyrics in a karaoke-style while songs are playing, allowing them to sing along to the music. Apple Music synchronous lyrics are available for Samsung Smart TV models from 2018 to 2020.

Samsung was first to feature Apple Music on a smart TV, and the app looks similar to the Apple TV version of ‌Apple Music‌.

Many of Samsung's recent smart TVs also support the ‌Apple TV‌ app, which offers access to ‌Apple TV‌+, ‌Apple TV‌ channels, and movie and TV show rentals and purchases.

Samsung Smart TV owners can download Apple Music from the Samsung Smart TV App Store, log in to an existing account with their Apple ID, or start the subscription process directly from their TV.

Samsung Smart TV owners can also trial Apple Music for three months for free, with subscription plans available for individuals, families or students.

I need to be able to turn this off immediately. I noticed it on AppleMusic over the weekend through my AppleTV. Beyond annoying.

I noticed this over the weekend too, I was watching cable tv, and asked Siri to play a Tuned-In station, which it usually does, and did, but it took over my Samsung tv screen as well, BUT....I had the opposite reaction, I was gob-smacked ! I thought that is so freaking cool, I then could easily go to Apple TV and a much quicker way to interact. Maybe I'm lazy by nature, but one of the reasons I don't fully utilize Netflix is that it takes a couple of steps. This way, it's easy, I bark at the TV and it takes me there. So, so cool. Fully on board with this Apple and Samsung.

This feature doesn't work for me though, my Tv crashes due to this!! Don't do these crappy stuffs any more Apple, now I can't even stream my AM songs on TV. I scrolled down dozens of pages and finally I got a Tunelf Audio Converter to download AM songs and cast them on Samsung TV, hopefully it works.
