The full Replay 2025 experience is now available in the Apple Music app, allowing you to reflect on your listening habits over the past year.

There are two main components of the Replay 2025 experience. First, there is a full year-end playlist containing the Apple Music songs that you listened to the most over the past year, as well as a Highlight Reel with images and a video that are designed to be shared on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

You can view your total minutes spent listening to Apple Music songs, the total number of artists you listened to, your favorite genres, and more for 2025.

Apple Music already offers monthly Replay playlists throughout the year, but this full year-end experience provides a lot more information. This year, Apple says it has highlighted even more listening habits related to the following:
  • Discovery: New artists who captured your ears over the past year
  • Loyalty: Artists you've kept coming back to, year after year
  • Comebacks: Artists who made a return to your rotation
A multi-year Replay All Time playlist with the songs that you have listened to the most since you first subscribed to Apple Music remains available.

Starting with iOS 26, the Replay experience is fully native in the Apple Music app, but it also remains available on the web at replay.music.apple.com.

Replay 2025 is prominently featured in the Apple Music's Home and New tabs right now, and Apple is celebrating with an exhibit at Miami Art Week this week.

In related news, the Apple Music for Artists app was updated today with new Replay metrics, including listenership growth and year-over-year performance summaries.

Apple Music Replay is similar to Spotify Wrapped and the all-new YouTube Recap.

End-of-year Apple Music and Shazam charts are now out.

Oh god this is the time of year when everyone posts their Spotify and AM stats all over social media. The worst is going to artists subs on Reddit and seeing post after post of people’s listening stats. Ok so you’re a fan of Metallica and Spotify stats show you listened to a lot of Metallica this year. Who cares?

Is it locked in?

Or can we view later in the month / after 12/31 and it will update with December’s stats added in?

I really like the Replay feature. It makes a curated playlist of all my top songs I can just play all the way through. Excellent for walking, cleaning, etc.

I'm a little confused. I follow replay all year long and it updates every Sunday. The new replay all time came out a few months ago.

Also it's early December. Isnt the year end list missing a month of data?

I just checked mine and I really did listen to Chappell Roans The Giver a lot. It was more country than some of these current country artists.

Apple had to get it out before Spotify's, which they copied
Yeah, these days they seem to all copy each other. Tech, configs, UX, patents...the lot. And in order to stand out, they all do things just that bit of different to differentiate.

And that's where we get the oooh, Liquid Glass is terrible. Samsung skin over vanilla Android is terrible. Google is...well, I wouldn't know, but yea, likely as well.

Yes, it will update with all your December music in January. You can even see your replays from other years that you’ve had Apple Music

Apple Replay is now better than Spotify Wrapped. Took them long enough. It’s great. It shows top songs from each month and goes back all the way to 2015 for me. Crazy that Apple Music has been out for 10 years now.

Happy to hear. Will check it out. Nice that the whole replay is available on the app and website.

Mine is totally messed up for 2024 and 2025. Previous years are believable, but it says my top song has 176 plays. There's no I way I listened to any song that many times across all platforms and devices. Several artists and songs have way too many minutes and plays.

Oh it’s accurate my top number song was from the new deftones album followed closely by Puscifer. It only tracks Apple Music, so songs are probably playing while you’re sleeping, but these smart play lists only track your account through your devices with 100% accuracy. Unless we talk about Apple TV play through windows which i know it’s lying lolol
