Apple Music Trial Period Timeframe...

So, since I am still using my free trial on Spotify, I figure I'll wait on the trial for Apple Music...however, that got me thinking...does anyone know if the Apple Music 3 month trial period is from the day you personally sign up for it or is it from the day Apple Music launched? Meaning, if I sign up today or in a month from now, will I get a full 3 months or only what is left of the 3 months from the day Apple Music launched on June 30?
